Officially – The Fegda Group companies are among the transportation infrastructure companies in Lithuania that pay the highest average salaries to their employees. In the Businessman’s list of the highest-paying construction companies, Tilsta ranked 12th, and Fegda ranked 15th, securing leadership positions among infrastructure construction companies in the country.

According to Verslo Žinios data, the average gross salary at UAB “Tilsta” in 2023 was 3280 EUR, which is 14.4% higher than in 2022. Meanwhile, the average salary at “Fegda” grew by 22.3% last year, reaching 3208 EUR.

Also included in the list is Alkesta, which became part of Fegda Group last year, where the average salary in 2023 increased by 21.5%, reaching 2067 EUR.
