During the solemn ceremony, our group of companies was also awarded the “Largest Road Industry Project in Lithuania” award, which we share together with another construction contractor for the implementation of the reconstruction of the Kaunas-Marijampolė-Suwałki section of the Via Baltica motorway from 56.83 to 97.6 km.
The reconstruction works in this section were also carried out by Alkesta.

The prestigious awards were presented during the international Baltic Road Conference and the exhibition “Road to the Future 2025”. This grandiose event, which attracted more than half a thousand road sector experts, policymakers and innovators from more than 25 countries, is organised every four years by the Baltic Road Operators’ Association (BRA) and its chairmanship Via Lietuva this year.
