Today we took part in the VILNIUS TECH Career Day – where curiosity meets career, and conversations turn into real connections.

At the Fegda Group stand, there was no shortage of smiles, good vibes, and plenty of laughter:

• We talked about various career paths and opportunities within our group of companies
• We invited visitors to assemble a 3D bridge model – a fun way to understand what a real bridge is made of

We offered a lighthearted personality test – created by AI and our colleagues – to find out which job role suits you best (yes, there was a lot of laughter!).

Together with the team, we created a space that felt warm, interesting, and fun.

Days like these remind us why we look forward to career fairs every year – this is where real connections and inspiration are born.
